When You Sell Your Home Or Residential Property Through Us

Whatever we would charge you would only be due at the sale of the property. We do not charge upfront for helping you sell your property. Our charges for helping you sell your property is between 5-10% of the principal amount. When We Manage Your Investment Property

We charge between 10-15% of the total rent annually depending on the rental value of the property. Our charges are also negotiable and highly depends on the type of property and the envisaged amount of work to be done.
